Welcome to our luxury holiday home in the new built contemporary urbanization Botaníc in la Reserva of Alcuzcuz.

Enjoy your luxury holiday in a brand new apartment with totally new furniture and beautiful views to the Mediterranean sea Gibraltar and Morocco for relaxing afternoon and evenings on the terrace.

Alcuzcuz is a totally gated Reserve together with some other Urbanizations. There is a concierge during daytime and camera monitoring passages in and out through the gates at nights.

It is located only 10 min drive from Puerto Banús and 20 minutes drive from Marbella. The airport of Malaga is 50 minutes away. 

This beautiful decorated holiday home is built on one level in the first floor, where you can access to through the stairs, the elevator or the garage below. It consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped open kitchen, living and dining room and a spacious south- west facing terrace with spectacular mountain and sea views.

The main bedroom with the bathroom en-suite is located behind the living room on the left side with direct access to the covered terrace. It is equipped with a double bed, 160x 200m bed and a smart Tv/IP-TV. 

The second bedroom has also a double bed, 160x 200m and a smart Tv/IP-TV.  The third bedroom has 2 single beds, 90x200m witch can also be put together to a double bed if wanted.

All bedrooms have electric darkening shutters, to be sure to have a good rest.

Both bathrooms have a walk in shower a toilet and a sink, the main bathroom has a double sink.

Also there is a hairdryer to your disposal in both bathrooms.

We provide towels and bedlinen and beach towels so you only need to bring your personal items for your holiday in our luxury holiday home in Botaníc.

The living room is equipped with a big sofa, an armchair, 2 coffee tables and a smart Tv/IP-TV.

All three TV/IP-TV:s are connected to WiFi. Netflix is avaliable if you have an account to sign in to. WiFi is availabe in all rooms and and terrace.

The dining room is together with the open kitchen, it has a glass table with 4 chairs, with is also extendable to 6-8 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a fridge, freezer, Multifunctional oven, microwave, stove, a filter coffee machine, toster and a water boiler a stickblender and a small juicer for pressning your own orange juice. It also has all kinds of kitchenware, dishes, cutlery, glasses, glasses of wine etc.

From the living and dinning room you have a direct access to the beautiful large covered terrace with amazing sea views. There you will find an outside dining table for 6 persons table and an outside lounge furniture group including a large sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table to enjoy beautiful afternoons and evening with family and friends.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned so you can adapt the heating and the cooling to a temperature you prefer.

Furthermore in the rental is included a Garage parking space directly under the apartment, where you have direct access through the elevator.

There is also a storage room next to the parking space in the garage where you can put golf bags etc. In this storage room there is a power outlet for 240 volts where you for instance can charge mobile golf bags etc.

Guest access

The complex has one big 25 meters outdoor swimming pool and one small gated pool for the kids, with sun beds and umbrellas to enjoy in the summer month a relaxing holiday in the sun of the Costa del Sol. There is also bathrooms for men and women separately and several outside showers in the pool area. You as a guest have unrestricted access to all the facilities of the community.
